Karen Karas

Karen brought her 35 years plus of business background to Digital Designs Dental Lab when she joined our team 7 years ago.  Karen really enjoys working directly with the dental offices in her region, solving problems and helping answer questions.  Karen always loves to learn more about the dental world, and enjoys this aspect of her job the most.

Aaron Gulling

Aaron joined Cap city upon graduating from college with a degree in biology in 2005.

Aaron is a diehard Ohio State and Cleveland sports fan.

Aaron enjoys exercising, cooking and most of all, spending time with family and playing with his two boys.

Shannon Chavez

Shannon loves being a happy mother and grandmother best.  She also enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies and spending time with her family.  Before joining Digital Designs Dental Lab, Shannon’s professional journey included stints in both the retail industry, as well as social services.

Tammy Flanders

I am a Savannah native who has been in the dental field for 30 years.  Whether I play an interactive role with patients or am working behind the scenes, I enjoy seeing and being a part of the positive change that an improved smile can have on people.  I love spending time with my family, my animals and being outdoors.  It is my pleasure to be part of such a remarkable team at Digital Designs Dental Lab!

Rachel Graham

Rachel has 20 years in the dental industry, and she has been with Cap City since 2021.  Before coming to join our team, she worked for a dentist in Grapevine, Texas.  Rachel enjoys spending time outdoors in her yard and working around her home on projects.  She has a huge love for dogs and recently bought a Goldendoodle and her name is Tember (short for September). She loves to go antiquing and shopping with her Mom and go watch her Dad race his drag car.  Rachel has a daughter and 2 grandchildren whom she adores and cherishes.  Between Tember and her grandbabies, she stays very active!  You will always see Rachel smiling, laughing and just enjoying life!

Ewelina Biczek

After several years in the health industry as a former dental assistant, I successfully transitioned my skills in helping others, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation into my new role as a regional director for a well-respected dental lab.

During my time off, I cherish moments spent with my family. We enjoy activities such as road trips, skiing, bicycle rides, and wholeheartedly support our daughters at their swim and dive meets. I am also an avid runner, participated in three Chicago Marathons and numerous other races all over the United States.

Furthermore, I'm actively involved with the Polish school board as an event coordinator, where I am committed to creating opportunities for children to have fun while learning and engaging with their Polish language education.
