Zirconia
Digital Designs Dental Lab offers two zirconia restorative options. If your patient is in need of increased strength with translucent esthetics, our full-contour zirconia is a great choice. For anterior cases that require the most esthetic choice, we recommend our layered zirconia.
Full-Contour Zirconia
Full-contour zirconia is a monolithic crown and bridge solution. These restorations are crafted out of a single block of zirconia. It offers inherent translucency and strength. We use the latest CAD/CAM equipment to ensure that every full-contour zirconia restoration we craft offers excellent margins and contours. We fabricate both anterior and posterior full-contour zirconia crowns and bridges. We also ensure that the surfaces of these restorations are smooth, which ensures they are gentle on opposing, natural teeth.

Layered Zirconia
The DDDL team crafts these crowns and bridges by layering beautiful porcelain on top of a durable, full-contour zirconia substructure. The porcelain benefits from the translucency of the zirconia, and layered zirconia crowns offer a warmer appearance than porcelain-fused-to-metal alternatives. They also provide an overall improved appearance compared to PFMs, which may sometimes present esthetic challenges like discoloration or dark lines along the gingiva.
