Fixed Restorations – Zirconia
Full-contour zirconia crowns and bridges present an innovative CAD/CAM technology for all-ceramic restorations on a zirconium oxide base. Zirconia is a high-tech ceramic material that is characterized by its outstanding stability and biocompatibility—its strength levels are significantly higher than other all-ceramic materials. In addition to strength, zirconia restorations display excellent esthetics and precise fit characteristics.
The durability and esthetics of these restorations represent the optimum result for all-ceramic systems. Preparations require less tooth structure removal and cementation is accomplished using proven conventional techniques. Colorable frameworks that are thin and translucent ensure a natural, vital appearance.
These restorations are available for crowns and up to six-unit bridges and offer strength, stability, and outstanding marginal fit.
IPS E.MAX Restorations
IPS e.max has become the industry standard material for metal-free, all-ceramic restorations. These restorations provide unmatched strength (360 – 400 MPa flexural strength) and versatility. At Digital Designs Dental Lab, we use e.max as the primary ceramic material for our layered crowns, pressed monolithic crowns, veneers, and inlays/onlays.
Pressed, full-contour, and all-ceramic crowns are your best choice for strong, metal-free, and highly-esthetic restorations. The high-translucency lithium disilicate material allows natural tooth color to show through and picks up desirable chameleon effects from the prep and adjacent teeth.
PFM Restorations
Composed of your conventional silver and gold alloys, porcelain-fused-to-metal (PFM) restorations are the traditional option for simple to advanced combination cases.
Removable Restorations – Dentures
Our dentures are custom-designed for comfort and esthetics. They are fabricated from the best available materials and the latest processing techniques. All removable cases combine the finest in wear-resistant artificial teeth and state-of-the-art heat-cured denture base resins.
Partials
We offer Valplast and Lucitone FRS flexible partial dentures. Both products are made of a biocompatible, thermoplastic nylon material. Their tissue-colored and clear clasps achieve optimum retention and minimal tooth covering.
The Valplast translucency blends in with the surrounding tissue for a lifelike appearance while Lucitone FRS features pleasing esthetic appeal and durability. Both are ideal for most removable partial dentures such as unilaterals and combination cases with cast metal frames.
